JEF Europe training: "Europe at school", Nov 28th - Dec 3rd, Lyon, France
About the Training
We are not happy. Not happy with the state of European citizenship education in schools in Europe. We are convinced that active citizenship is crucial for a democratic Europe and that education can equip young people with competences and knowledge to get engaged at European level.
JEF Europe awants to strongly develop ‘Europe at school’ initiatives by developing the knowledge and competences of its members and of members of other networks involved in such activities. This is the goal of this training.
Project management, working with teachers and pupils, understanding of the educational systems, how to organise interactive, non-formal education ‘Europe at School’ activities will be the core sessions in this one week training.
