Pool of Trainers
In 2019, JEF Europe is going to start its own Pool of Educators (or trainers) that will serve as a resource of the organisation for the implementation of educational activities. The Pool of educators each year will receive training on different topics and will have yearly meetings.
The “Rights and responsibilities” document of the pool of trainers will be presented and adopted by the Federal Committee in London and will be prepared by an expert group.
The first topics on which the pool of trainers will receive training on is combating fake news, media literacy and critical thinking. These topics will be covered by the activities of our work-plan that is funded by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.
JEF Europe has the pleasure to open the call for participants for its first Training for Trainers which will be organised in Novi Sad, Serbia from February 22nd to March 3rd, 2019.
The interested participants based on their experience will have the chance to choose one of the two tracks:
Local educational activities
International educational activities
After the successful participation in the course the future JEF Trainers will have the opportunity and practice their skills on local or regional activities.
